This archive is my reference for a AK Sportscars Cobra build.
It accompanies the manual from AK Sportscars and especially adds detail the manual lacks.
I will use it for future reference when I build the next Cobra. It also presents the nuts and bolts of the build sequence that can be referenced by any future owner of this build.
Each post gets added to as the build progresses rather than any new post created.
No section is guaranteed complete until the whole build is complete.
I don't see how to show a post is updated so use the search field for items of interest.
The label numbering closely relates to the build sequence.
Any comments or suggestions for improvements, alterations or bugs are very welcome.
Some notes:
Try to order stuff in as few deliveries as possible. You will be spending a fortune on post and be knee deep in packaging.
Your main sources are;
AK, Simply Performance, Merlin MotorSports, Roadcraft, Ebay, Amazon, Namrick.
Plus you'll need a local workshop for welding, pressing, fabricating and someone who does media blasting.
